eGain Employees

If you are an egain employee, your JIRA access credentials are the same as your domain credentials. Please use your domain user name (just the username without the domain name so johndoe not EGAIN\johndoe) and your domain password to access JIRA.

All other users

If you are not an egain employee and need to access JIRA, please work with your manager or egain contact person to create a special access account.
